As we wake to preparations for cookouts and family time or lounging around on what may be just an extra day off work to us, we should know for many this day represents a cost; a sacrifice made for the betterment of mankind, not just in this country, but around the world where we have stood with other nations to defend those that don’t know the privilege we so often take for granted.
